Thank you sir. This is a side business that I do as I enjoy doing this. I specialize in paint correction and not just a wash and wax as most detailers around town do. Let me know if you have any questions.\

Click the link in my signature. This was another job for a forum member Mike Chow. I have also done a job for forum member R.G. but I cant seem to find the link to that one...

I'm still a couple of months out from being in Vegas, but I'm sure whatever I buy will need paint correction since it'll be <2008 lol so I will definetly keep you in mind then.

On another note, I wish m3s weren't so damn expensive even used
not to imply it's overpriced, just more than I would possibly want to spend..
Sure I can get the bumpers and style rims, but I can just see the day that I'm at a stop light and a real m3 pulls up and I have that moment lol.

I know the 335 is notably close and can easily get up there in power, but the sound of the v8 just can't be beat imo. I'm not even out for power, just the fact that m3 is on another level all together out of the box, I'm like, extra power to help me merge on the highway with never hurt anyone lol

sorry for the sappy story, I just spent some time over on youtube and was drooling over m3s

Sounds good. Keep me in mind.

Dont do the replica M3 look. You would feel embarrassed if a real M3 pulled up next to you.

Another option on exhaust is the Turner Motor Sport system. I have it and I love it.

Hit me up if you want to hear an exhaust with catless dp and muffler delete. It's extra loud at first, but the sound improved over time. Sounds about perfect.

you know I did see a video of a 330 with a muffler delete and it sounded pretty sick, I can imagine it sounds dope on a 335

Not quite. NA and FI are two different animals. Louder, deeper, plus a little rasp, and a lot of gurgling . Heard a video online, was like cool. Tried it thinking I was going to get the same sound. Videos doesn't do it justice.

(Not my car)

good god. do want.

My bad, I meant to say, kinda like so, but not really haha. Obviously tt>na

man that sounds damn good. What does the muffler delete actually involve? just straight piping to the tips pretty much? you still have the resonator on yours?

it sounds damn good on anything, e46, e90

man, I can't wait to go on leave, 3 weeks no work, plenty of time to test drive everything...I've driven a buddies e46 330 before and a buddies m3 e36...but I need to add an e90 335/330 to that, maybe even an m3...although I fear that if I drive the m3, I won't be able to go back, and then end up financing/with a car loan LOL.

I've lived the last 4 years over here in Japan without car payments and it's been so nice, I can't see myself going back, that's why I wanted to just buy a car for under 15 with cash, but then factor in the mods to get a 330 to where I want just aesthetically speaking, I get that little nudge on my shoulder saying that's money better spent towards a down payment on an m3 :X (if I could stay <33,000) that's my absolute max and I've seen some floating in 30-33 range.

Of course you gotta factor in that parts cost more for an m3 as well, insurance is probably considerably more, and it will eat more gas.

Before I left the states though I was paying 460/month for an is250,so I could easily justify a similar note for an m3 if it really came down to it LOL.

Catless + muffler delete is insanely loud lol I know first hand. My gf could hear me miles away before getting to her house and leaving, definitely not for everyone she specially hated the drone. I agree though nothing sounds close to a v8, my friends mustang gt with flowmasters sounds intoxicating.

I have a e92, so I have secondary cats instead of resonators. But besides that, straight pipes. Transmission plays a part on droning. Auto drone more than mt, I get a little drone here and there, but nothing unbearable. Unless you planing on supercharging the M3, the 335i is where you want to be at unless you're just in love with the M3 body styling . Performance, modded 335i> NA M3. Appearance modded 335i < M3. If you supercharge it, M3 all day. Just my opinion though.

ah, dang, must be loud as fawk like iboost mentioned lol. Get vids!

Nah no plans/need for supercharging or anything but an exhaust if it came down to it, but like I said my initial idea was 328/330, so the 400hp in the m3 would be PLENTY for me, the styling is the It's just one of those cars you buy and you drive, you don't feel like you don't NEED to do anyting to it, and I guess I'm at that age/burning out after messing with/owning so many cars over the years. As far as power goes, I think the most powerfull vehicle I've owned up to date is my evoV with bolt ons and a tune and I doubt that was anymore than 350 and was plenty for me. I just like my low end power to get from light to light with.

I wonder how much longer it would be before the 08 m3s dip under 30 grand? Maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to get a e46 on the cheap just to put my foot in the door and wait for the m3s to drop haha.

After talking to the wife earlier (whose all for the m3 btw) and doing the math, I almost can't even justify purchasing an e90 328/330 anymore...like I said a couple of posts ago, suspension, bumpers, wheels, I'll have spent 20 grand to kinda look like an m3, and not to say that I just have money to blow because I don't but 10 grand isn't enough of a gap for me to settle type deal

anyways, sorry about my rambling, I like to think out loud/listen to other peoples views, I know it's easy to get tunnell vision sometime when you're thinking about stuff like that on your own and miss other aspects to it...

Rambling aside, I think I'm doing my part in keeping this thread active

Think I spotted the same one on I-15. Black wheels and lowered. Don't want to post their plate, but you know it when you see it.

From my experience, a lot of folks are coding remotely on this forum. Just gotta get yourself the OBDI cable and software.

Lol. I think its one of the better systems on the market for the money. Let me know when you want to meet up so you can see/hear it. She is very wicked on cold startup....
