In Japan, you can get the PIAA kit, which has been proven to work. Also, there are other kits like Bellof as well.

The Bellof kit has been around for several years already. They had the kit when I bought my '04 C320 back in Sept 03

Pretty sure they'll work here. However, I'm not sure about the cost. Last I checked they seem to run expensive......

Well all they are are 6 x 1000uf capacitors.

where did you order your mtech H11 HID? does it need EDM? where in NY are you at? I'd love to check them out.

Hey OP, i did a bunch of research and the verdict I've stumbled across is that you need BOTH a relay and the load resistors you bought off ebay. I've tried each "fix" separately and nothing worked, but there are members on here who have done both and it works! I'm going to try this when I'm not feeling lazy, GL!
