help H8 LIGHT bulb did not sit correctlly

Hi ALL

I need some help!!!! last night when I try to put in my angle eye light bulb on the passgerside. I must put it in wrong. the bulb is in but not sitting flat and I can rotate it a bit but can not get it out!!!anyone know what to do ? Do I need to take out the whole light houseing???? If so HOw?

Look at the H8 bulb in the red circle is not sitting flat..and I can not get it out !!!!!! help!!
