Seeking a smooth ride

So I am now at a loss. I have been trying to chase down a bounce at low speed which seems to stay steady up to 60mph. Almost like I am driving on ovals rather then circles. have Koni yellows with swift springs, AKG subframe bushings, m3 front control arms, brake pads and rotors are new. I originally thought maybe my 193M wheels were bent so I swapped in Apex Arc8 wheels. Problem still persists. I put new tires on it yesterday and it still persists. I don’t know what else to change to alleviate this issue. Its becoming very annoying since most of my driving it low speeds and the ride is not smooth. Any ideas?

It's coming more from the rear. I am guessing wheel balance but what are the odds two different sets of wheel and tire combos having the same issue being out of balance.

Feels like the rear wheels are more like octagon rather than circles if that makes sense

Fairly high IMO.

Get both sets Road Force Balanced...let us know what numbers you get afterwards.

Does the bounce seem related to wheel or engine speed? Do you feel the bounce in the steering wheel, shift knob, pedals, and/or seat? Has a passenger confirmed the bouncy feeling (aka the "I swear I'm not crazy" test).

Interesting, I would have guessed you had leather in the seat. Sorry, I couldn't help it.

You mentioned it's steady up to 60mph, does that mean the bounce occurs at the same frequency regardless of speed, or disappears above 60? Does it happen during acceleration deceleration and cruising speed? Is there a noise associated with the bounce other than interior rattles.. or does it bounce enough to rattle stuff in the cabin? I'm wondering if it could be some kind of drivetrain imbalance like a blown transmission mount or a maaaaybe wonky CV or driveshaft or something. Definitely a weird issue. It might be worth putting your hands in the area around your rear rotors to see if one side is hotter than the other indicating a seize caliper, though that usually manifests as vibration at high speeds rather than low..
