Don't know where you can get them, but they're called angel eyes (or BMW officially calls them corona rings). And FYI, red lights on the front of your car is highly illegal.

To all those saying not to do it because they're "illegal"

Do you have <35% tint?.....illegal

Tinted/Painted tails?.....illegal

Painted reflectors?....illegal

I have all of the above, and I've never had a single issue. Lot's of things are "illegal".

That said, I think they're cool for show car purposes. Other than that, forget it. Daily driving they look ridiculous and having them at night is a GUARANTEED ticket. Hope you don't stay out late at the bars.
