Okay, so right now I'm gathering research. I've been reading through the Intake Manifold swap.

I have a 325i.

I will be ordering all of the parts needed to perform the manifold swap. I am aware that I will need to get the ecu re-programmed.. I will then get the AA tune for the 330i.

Would I be able to put PE for the 330i and will it bolt on without any problems? Need to know because i'll be ordering the parts in about a month or so.

Or is there a better exhaust to put opinions needed.

Wait until you have access to a computer.....

Pretty much anything cat-back won't really need an reprograming. You're safe with the PE.
