Is this 2007 335i coupe worth it?

I've been searching for the past few months now for a 335i coupe and I found a 2007 335i Alpine white with 6 speed manual transmission.

It has about 49k miles and has one year left of warrant until may of 2013 extended to 100k miles.

It has bluetooth, logic 7 sound system and the guy claims to have it always garaged and well taken care of.

There are some issues as the car is in need of new tires, has normal road chips im assuming small rock chips, has a chip in the windshield a few centimeters big, and some scratches under the front bumper from parking lots.

He wants 23k for it.....is that a good deal if the carfax is clean and he has all service records?

Does it have nav, premium, heated seats, keyless start, logic7, hd/sat radio, etc?

It sounds like a good deal, unless it doesn't have nav or real leather (part of the premium package). Plan on about $1k for 4 new tires

No way, got my '09 premium w/everything but nav and 57k miles for 24.5k and just found my coworker one with 23k miles for 27k and warranty. Keep looking.
