yes if you roll your fenders. and also depends on your drop/suspension set-up.

sorry, 3200 with tires is too low for the condition of the wheels and tires.

You sure? What about H&R Sport? I heard you would rub if you have people in the rear. Spacer required?

I wouldnt run a spacer because it will push out the wheels more. Also if you get coilovers you can adjust your dampening and stop some of the rubbing and if that doesnt work you can get an alignment and run more negative camber, however; you'll have more inner wear on the tires.
