Feedback on buying an 09 335i w/ 50k miles

What's your opinion on picking up an e92 335i with over 50k miles. To be exact, it's 50,300 miles. This car is the exact set up I'm looking for (M-Sport package, Manual, AW, Nav). It's going for $30k

Now to the part I'm unsure about: It's being sold by H Greg Auto Auction who buys and sells from banks, off lease, repo’s, credit companies, auctions and other dealers. My biggest concern would being covered under warranty. I'm sure going to BMW and getting the car CPO'd is out of the picture. I spoke with one of the sales reps over the phone today and they do offer there own warranty which she told me "BMW does honor their warranties". I would definitely want to confirm that before purchase. They offer 2 seperate extended warranty packages: 2yr/24,000miles or 3yr/36,000miles.

Anyone out there ever heard or dealt with this dealer?

Is it worth it?

My husband and I actually purchased a 2007 335i coupe about 2 years ago from them. It is my husbands baby and he is as in love w/ it today as he was when he purchased it. He purchased an extended warranty, which paid for itself shortly after, since the 07 335i gas fuel pump needed to be replaced (a common known issue w/ that model). They really did offer us the biggest bang for our buck and the whole buying process was fast and painless. There is no question that when we are ready to upgrade, we will shop them again. Hope this helps...

I'm just treading lightly with this company, because I've seen different reviews. Some bad and some good. Not sure if the good are written reviews by the company though.

And there's been a few complaints written to the BBB...

Lol sketch....join date June 2012. I think it's safe to say I'll stick with my gut feeling to not go forward.
