i hate to be the devil's advocate... but i have not had any bad expirences with **********s, and mike seemed to be very courteous to me when placing orders, and i ordered from them when they were first starting out (e46 days)

btw i wasnt aware they actually make their own products? i thought they just sell, so i dont know how they could of ripped someone off by copying.. then again i havent followed the story..

and shin, although i agree with the overall dissatisfaction (it did infact take too long) i think you were being alittle impatient by emailing so soon

5/19 (Friday) -- Money withdrawn out of Bank Account
5/21 (Monday) -- emailed Mike cuz I didn't receive a Ship confirmation email

2 days to ship? lets get real here.. i think fairness would be shipping the same week 3-4 days

even if they are slow, i still dont think they are worse than some other sponsors (wont name names)

Mod bargins has screwed me in the past.
I ordered some pulleys from them for My e46 M3, and about two days latter i had a couple thousand dollar charges on my card for TV's in there area...... its not that hard to connect 2 & 2 but the credit card company dropped my charges... but i dont think they pursude mod bargins because it wasnt enough proof they did it, even though it was obvious

That is in no way jumping the gun. If you withdrawl money out of a account the buyer better get a shipping confirmation that day. I'm not saying it has to be on the doorstep Monday morning, but with as fast as UPS/FedEx/DHL do things now, theres no reason not to get the simple "your shipment has been verified and will be picked up on XX day"

Sure, I would say you're right if **********s didn't promise me a Ship conf on Monday. Also, I ordered the same springs from Tire Rack and they shipped the same day~!!! I got ship confirmation to prove it.

Hunter was the first to market, but he was not the pioneer. I saw somewhere that longtran and another member had done this with reflective vinyl at least a year ago.

Actually the charges on my credit card point very closely to one of the members of your organization. No one else in that area has ever gotten my CC info and it happened within days after I placed my order.

honestly. I don't think they are stupid enough to do something like that. and I believe they have lots of credit card trasaction each day, and no one ever report something like this before with MB.

I wasn't responding to you.

Also, there are only two people that have access to such information, and such said information is automatically deleted from our systems within about a week's time, sometimes even sooner, depending on how the customer placed his order with us.

(Not even I have access to that kind of info, the only two people who have it are the owners of the company, and I really doubt they would go around using a customer's CC number)

We are very strict when it comes to that, due to the problems that we had encountered in the past.

Not only did only did the problems dealing with CC that occured in the past get resolved, but they were not even directly due to us. It went deeper, into our actual server/provider that deals with online accounts and information, which a lot of other big companies use, not just us.

Obviously, however, like I said, everything was resolved. We dealt with the customer that had this problem happen, and everything worked out. Trust me, this is not something we took easily, there is a lot more precautions that have been set up to prevent something similar to this from ever happening again.

We've been around for 2+ years, and we aren't going anywhere soon.
