Need Help!
I am in need of some help. What kind of wheels do you think these are? I can not find any markings. My brother bought them a couple years back and has nothing to do with them so I took them off his hands. Any ideas about what these are?? Sorry about the poor quality of the photo. Thanks ahead of time for possible thoughts/ideas on what they may be.

I was wondering if by chance you knew of a place that these are sold or better yet a price range you think they would possibly be in. I'm trying to sell to a local buyer but I do not know where to begin on pricing.
