Had this old girl for years, and whilst there are much faster bikes out there these days the ape v twin sounds great and i've spent a bomb on building this thing (custom valved ohlins forks/rear shock, brembo radial calipers with grimeca rotors, aprilia cf guards, custom rear swinger, titanium adjustable gilles rear sets & hand, cf intake, cf aprilia racing exhaust, OZ forged racing wheels, pazzo levers, rizoma grips/bar ends, sargent seat with cf leather, renegade cf intake which makes it sound like a gp bike, pcIII with custom chip by gabro etc etc)
There aren't many sports bikes these days which accommodate my 200cm frame (the adjustable rearseats and bars help with the pegs farther back, and the bars further forward) and it has a really comfortable seat setup as its a sports/tourer and not many were sold in australia due to the high asking price which makes it unique and it gets a bit of attention when im out on ride days with a few mates as most people have never seen one before |

The widow maker, best overall bike I have ever owned, but throttle modulation is akin the playing Russian roulette....truly an exhilarating ride every time.
2005 zx-6r 636 was the best street shenanigans bike I ever owned.....truly predictable tracking and just balanced all around |
