I found it very hard to split the two i.e. Michelin PSS and Goodyear F1 Asymmetric 2's. Tbh, you can't go wrong with either one. They're both high performing tyres.

My mates have a go at me for spending so much money on tyres but what they don't realise is, your tyres can be the difference between life and death on the roads even if you're the safest driver on the planet.

The goodyears were a hell of a lot cheaper for me at the time of purchase and whilst magazine reviews can be taken with a grain of salt they were rated higher than the PSS's.

Totally agree with your comment re good tyres, and also good tyres are also much quiter and smoother. Since a set of tyres lasts me 2-5 years, I always buy premium tyres.
