Ride Quality 19" Wheel v. 18" run Flat?

I am taking delivery of a new 335is late this month. I upgraded to the 19" wheels and run flat tires. The 335is will be my daily driver in all seasons but winter. I will store for the winter. I am worried the ride with the 19" tires will be rough on the Midwestern Roads where I live.

I will not be tracking the car. I would like the car to preform well and have a reasonable ride.

Should I look at getting 18" wheels? If i go with 18" wheels should I find a set of the 313 in 18" or go with a non BMW Wheel? For the tires should I get tires that are not run flat?

19" w/ runflats will be horrible, ride quality wise, imho. I couldnt stand 18" stockers w/ RF's.

18" w/RF almost = 19" w/o RF

The e92 suspension is soft as shit, so if the ride is too firm to bear then ditch the R/F's. Still too firm, then 18" stockers with non-RF's.

When I went from an 18" tire to a 19" tire, the ride was stressful in comparison. with 18's, even on coilovers, I could pretty much fly over bumps. 19's require a change of driving style. IDK how 19's are on stock suspension
