Brakes get squeaky after warming up

I put some new pads and rotors on about 2 months ago, they work great (ceramic pads) and stop fine but once they are a bit heated up they squeak pretty loud when i'm coming to a stop, it's pretty embarrassing especially when i'm driving in a parking lot or stuck in traffic, are there any remedies for this problem?

thanks

You can try redoing the brakes and putting brake lube or anti-seize on all the moving parts to see if that helps otherwise it is just the brake pad making the noise and there isnt much you can do there.

did you use the CRC disk crake quite? if not, this is why...

Also did you use greese inside and used sand paper to clean caliper pins? if not this is also why...

i had the same issue after switching to ceramic (akebono) . brake quiet and pin sanding and lubing helped but didn't eliminate. still good suggestions.
