Thanks bud!

It saves 50 lbs for sure. I weighed everything I took off and put back on.

The roof is not bad but I had some pointers from a very good body guy that has done the job before.

Tight whip bro!
I'll think about doing the cage when they start kicking me off the track for not having one.

The car is not sketchy at all they way it is setup right now.

You are my inspiration to go further. I do have some inlets ready to install though which will help a bit.

Thats pretty good! My best with street tires was an 11.9@119 but that was a couple years ago.

Yeah bro that is bad ass that you guys could even do this job and have it come out that clean, not many places are credited as professionals for this type of job.. The weight reduction was probably pretty nice too.. I remember adding a sunroof to my 95 civic that was pretty much the reverse of what you guys did, wasn't as bad as my right hand drive conversion but still a huge P.I.T.A. lol, so I give you guys props for having it come out so official.. The hardest part for me was that the front clip for the RHD conversion was cut about 2" short so lining up my door jambs was a huge cluster fVck but it was pretty awesome when all said and done, until it got stolen and stripped #ripBetsy

Can you elaborate on your launching technique? I just made my first two test passes yesterday. First was just mashing the gas at the lights and second was using the stock 5k RPM LC. The track was super unorganized and failed to put my car number on the slips so I didn't end up with any. I know other than the shitty 60' probably the first pass wasn't too bad. The second pass with the LC I just blew the tires off. I'm going to try to flash the 135i LC on tomorrow and get the 3500 RPM LC instead of the silly stock 335is 5K RPM LC.

Correct.

On my 11.01 run I was hitting 25psi and shifting at 5500rpm

Wow what’s almost as shocking is your car weighs almost as much as my full weight AWD 335 coupe... I knew the coupes were lighter but didn’t know the difference was that large.
