Hey guys was cleaning my car today and i noticed that there is small dots of white paint everywhere on my front bumper, fenders and mirrors, but not really on my hood.

There like hundreds of small dots of white paint.
Any idea of how should i start going about removing it?
Clay bar?polish?

Clay bar is good at removing paint over spray. Expect to spend a little bit of time on it (you won't wipe once and its gone), but it'll come off.

Had the same problem on one of my cars. Clay bar took care of everything.

Just out of curiosity, do you park in a parking deck? I had the same issue and discovered it was the calcium leaking from the concrete above due to rain.. calcium on paint = bad news
