DIY: E90 Window Trim Removal/Painting/Re-installation

UPDATE: After 6 months of having my trim painted, it is chipping. I think it might have to do with not sanding the surface enough.

So I decided to attempt painting my window trim despite all the negative feedback people were leaving about how hard it was to do. Here is my experience and the steps I took to achieve the final product. Hope you guys find it helpful. If you're in Jersey/Philly I'd be happy to help you out. Just shoot me a PM.

Attachment in second post.

Very clear and detailed DIY. Thanks a lot man! I'll be attempting this soon.

By the way, you can attach the PDF directly here. I've done it for you on this post - I hope you don't mind.

No problem but I don't recommend painting anymore. My trim is chipping on my passenger side. I'll be vinyl-ing it soon.
