I would leave it carbon fiber and possibly add some other cf elements to the car (roof wrap?, mirror caps?, diffuser?, trunk spoiler?)

I like the carbon look, but it looks shitty all scraped up. If you can't fix it to look decent, I would paint it as it looks better than all scraped up.

Put stickers on it and make it hella jdm lol. Carbon fiber man all the way. Plus later on when it gets banged up THEN paint it. Gotta love options.
*edit took a closer look get it re cleared and leave it be. |

+1 - Looks terrible all scratched up, left alone or not. Really takes away from the vehicle, one of my worries as well. But it does set it off, especially when left as carbon fiber.

Leave it in CF, but only if you plan adding more CF stuff to the car - for example you could add a performance lip spoiler too in CF. Otherwise, paint it blue.

wrap it matte or gloss black...cheapest way to go and best option till you figure out what to do.
I vote for CF...I'm biased since I have it in CF as well as a Perf spoiler and soon a CF diffuser.

Re-clear it with a LeMans blue tinted clear coat. From far away it would blend with the car's paint and up close you could still see the carbon fiber weave. Best of both worlds.
