idrive contact photos
Just got a new phone.. HTC EVO 3d.
I called one of my friends and surprisingly.. his photo came up the idrive screen while the car was dialing his number.. tried it with other contacts that have pictures but it only seems to work on a few people (2 out of the 10) i tried. Does anyone know how to make a Contact's photo come out? |

Contact pictures on iDrive Display
Hi everybody,
I would like to share with you something that I discovered and I was surprised. I have a 320i year 2011 model 2012 with iDrive. When I bought the car I used a Nokia E7 and it worked so well with contacts pictures being showed in the iDrive display. When I changed to iPhone I was disappointed because nothing appeared in the display. And a lot of people posted in another forum this is right, this function doesn’t work on iPhone. So I started to use the Nokia again and decided to save the contacts with pictures in the car. After that I decided to test the iPhone again, and then the pictures started to be shown in the display. It seems that, if the car has the contacts with pictures saved, it shows them regardless the cellular phone model. Then if you have the same problem, try to do that. I hope it could be useful for you. Good luck and best regards. |

Bluetooth...beware
I agree, but for me even the bluetooth feature could be a trouble... imagine if you receive an unexpected call (an ex-girlfriend) and your wife or girlfriend is at your side listening to everything …. or a friend call you talking about women…. Your trouble just begun….. Jesus Christ!
