Dear Namrek & NuBeetle C hings, Thanks very much for sharing the contact details of the garage for installing the BMS box. I have just installed it in my 323iCab earlier today. The performance is really superior and my car is now a lot more lively and proactive. Really value for money. I like my 323 more than before.

Haha, set the map again!
Read the instruction video once again and have your BMS PBX set to MAP 3 correctly.
Maybe now you're just running at MAP 0, so ...

If it was installed correctly, you would definitely notice a difference with map 3. Reset it first (hold the accelerator padel down for a few seconds) and then press 3 times. You need to reset before setting each map

I think I set it right this time
I can notice the rev goes up easier

But the dead area is still the same
especially slowing down at signal (not complete stop), then step it for speed again, no response for a second or two, feel that I am not in control.

I hope it's not a placebo effect you have going on.

The difference between Map 3 and no map is very obvious. You WILL feel a significant difference. Most noticeable is that the car just very jerky , unlike when it's off and it's very... well, bleh
