bought an 08 335 e91 m sport a few months ago and have noticed when cruising at over 100 km/h and going over minor bumps on the freeway it sounds like my tyres are scrubbing?

is this a normal occurrence?

if so would i be best to replace springs and shocks?

suspension is stock as far as im aware..
