carbon cleaning

anyonw have this done under warranty? my car, 08 335 with 62k km idles super rough on cold start and I am still under cpo.

dealer is telling me that because no codes are thrown it has to be carbon and wont cover it. plugs changed 10k ago.

Have it diagnosed by ivo or give it me for a good Italian tune up.
