Help! Increased tire wear.

I recently got some coil overs installed and i noticed that there is premature tire wear in the rears on the inside. I dont track the car or anything like that. I've already gotten an alignment and balanced the wheels. So I'm guessing i need a camber kit right? what is the difference between the camber plates and camber links? which kit should i get? any other suggestions to keep my tires from wearing out so fast?

Alignment shop asap, common misconception about camber feathering out tires.. its youre toe thats out of wack. After ride height is altered your camber and toe are effected.

So I wont be needing a camber kit? Just another alignment?

Nope, theres toe and camber adjust in the rear, front camber should still be within tolerance and plenty of toe correction to offset and changes.

Sorry I'm new to this kind of stuff. So I will only need a camber adjustment kit in the rear then an alignment ?

you dont need a camber kit. just get a good alignment.

Did you get the alignment done? And has it worked?

I am experiencing similar with mine and would like to have it looked at.

I would recommend getting the toe checked as well. Too much toe out is most likely your problem.

Nice, did your car pull slightly to the right?

-2 camber is the rear is a lot and probably why the insides of the tires wear fast. i have oem suspension with oem RFTs and my inside of my rear tires are shot after 10k with 7k of that after an alignment at BMW. I wonder if they can increase the rear camber for less wear?? I dont want to have to deal with that with my next tires :/

yes but sometimes it would pull to the left.
