These are just some industry pics. I do consulting work at much higher levels in the org so I do not get up close with these guys very often.
The pier flip is the best one. It is a series shot. You need to look at pics 19-22 in order. It shows why balanced loading is so important. In this case, I think they were trying to use the ship crane but it was lifting too much weight to far from the vessel.

The good news is that it is early summer and there are no big Atlantic storms. Late summer can get you hurrican remnants and winter has nasty storms. It has been a while since I heard of one go down out there but it does happen. Mainly in bad seas in those two periods.
I just found out I may be in Singapore when she gets here thus prolonging my wait to drive her again. Oh well, I should have known since I only put 13,000 on my e46 in 3 years.

I'm new to BMW, after having driven an Audi for 4 years, what model is the E46? Sounds like your on the road a lot. My girlfriend is an Export administrator at Cisco. She's always heading back and forth to San Jose from Atlanta. Good Luck! |

E46 is the previous 3-series style. It's the version that came out in 1999 (I believe) and ran until the current model design change. I think the E46 models actully have a bit of an Audi design to them, they're a bit more bubbly looking, especially after the sleek sporty look of the E36 models in the early to late 1990s. You can find out more about the E46 model type here on wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E46

I had thought to go far east after my Audi experience. I've had nothing but problems with my 2000 A6. (Like the $15 water temp sensor that cost me $1800 to replace and others too many and to painful to describe). I looked at the Acura RL and the Lexus IS350. Both great cars, however the RL just did not have that umph that I was used to. The IS was great, but too cramped inside. I decided to test drive the BMW 335 after doing a bit of research. I actually test drove the convertible and was blown away by the power and handling. I scared the crap out of my girlfriend as we pulled out of the dealership on our test drive in 30 degree temp with the top down I punched it and it took off like a rocket (I think she peed her pants). Needless to say she did not appreciate the test drive, however I was sold. I decided to go with the coupe as I like the looks of the coupe better than the four door and since I've got one kid that's out of the house already with the other one not far behind there was no need for me to continue on with my sedan days. I ordered on 4/17 and hope to have my car first week of July. The wait has been painful! This forum has been a great source of information! I appreciate it! |

lol, sorry for making you wait so long. Pretty sure I just wanted to see what your reaction would be
Her name is Kymberly, she's with FTV... (google is your friend) Quite unfortunate that she whored herself out, she's a good looking girl. Oh well.

Damn... More Kymberly less boat pics. Though I must admit that picture of the freedom is giving me quite the auto orgasm...
Orgasm. noun. intense or unrestrained excitement.

Not if we are only moving an inch per day...
I'm sure these schedules are fairly accurate, weather permiting.
