My e92 + New Rims + Next steps?

UPDATE (3.12.11):

Here's a little update. Got the M3 rep bumper w/ fog delete and black/white roundels. I think the front is just about done- might put a lip on it if one comes out for the rep bumper. (which I've heard there is a good chance of happening)

• Vanguard V2 Exhaust
• LS3 V1 LEDs + Full Housing Blackout

• Painted CF CSL lid
• Matte Black Grilles
• Smoked Side Markers
• Lamin-x on tail lights

• License plate LED lights
• Black/white roundels

TO DO LIST

Finally found the right wheels at the right price and I'm getting more and more amped with how my car is turning out. I was a little worried about rubbing with this set-up, but I seriously couldn't be happier with the fitment.

A better angle to show the fitment.

I'd love to hear ideas on what else might look good next as I save up to keep this addiction going

Looking good, I am loving that drop.

Personally I am not a fan of any CF/Blk roundels, stock ones are the best. The next couple things I would do are:

1. Exhaust.
2. OEM lip (or M-sports kit).
3. Tune.

I'm on the fence about it. Part of me wants to wait until after it goes out of warranty just to avoid any possible issue, part of me wants to go real fast

Any recommendations on exhaust? I'm more about exhaust note than I am about performance.. although I am looking for a little naturally. I'm a huge fan of the note of the Vorsteiner system for M3.. but it's unfortunately for the M3, and also 6 grand.

Look into the vangaurd system i got mine recently from LT for a solid price

saw some of the videos on youtube of their system for 335s. wow, that thing sounds amazing! thanks for the heads up on that, definitely going to look into that.

m-tech front/rear combo instead of aero lip with a matte black diffuser for the rear would set this car off.

I would suggest getting the window trim vinyled professionally and the car will be even more sick

And for the CSL bootlid, were you planning to have the exposed CF strip? or straight up black?

I was thinking about the m-tech front, but for the money I don't think it looks too much better than just getting a lip for a fraction of the costs (probably just me). M-Tech + lip looks really sick, but thats even more $$$

. I do want to get the rear diffuser though, definitely in the plans somewhere.

I'm also trying to get the vinyl wrap done, but the local shop I've been wanting to do it has been too swamped to even answer their phones. I think that chrome is the last glaring issue to bring the car together, everything after that is gravy... and I plan to have lots of gravy.

And with the lid, it would be black. I'm not really a fan of the CF look, so I'm definitely keeping it off the car completely. I'm not even 100% on the CSL, but nothing out there really wows me to be honest. I kinda like some of the ericsson amuse trunks too.. but again, not set on it. Definitely open to suggestions, I haven't done as much homework in this department.

I had the brackets that the fog lights/grill mount on to cut off:

As is, there's no duct, it's just kinda a hole haha Going to go in a paint that all black to kinda hide it, not sure where else i could divert the air, might be a good thing to address if it's creating extra drag as is... Need to take a closer look at it, but I don't think it's a serious concern tho

I did the expedited service where they installed it within 5 hours or so, so that upped my cost a little more to around $700? It's a little steep, but I don't regret it at all and would do it again for sure. All of the other options out there really don't compare to these- no more disappearing act during the day
