Suggestions on e90 328i exhaust.
I have an '09 328i e90. I want some sound but I also don't want to sound like a ricer. Any suggestions?
I've been looking at the ikon. I like the sound. What about magnaflows? Or exhaust delete? Thanks.

OEM PE is obviously less expensive than LAPTOR by a mile.
I still think custom is your best option if you don't feel like dropping over $900 on an exhaust.

Magnaflow sounds nice, and muffler deletes, when done correctly, sound phenomenal. |

MMW CS muffler with a res delete absolutely. End of story. You wont regret it. Contact Gavin@MMW. he will set you up nicely.
it sounds just like the BMW PE for a fraction of the price. and its custom. So that makes it even better. Plus Gavin is the man.

Sounds good. I might go to the local shop and ask for some prices. How much were the magnaflow?

Rajat, Congrats alot on your PE!! You're gonna love it! I would like to know how it will match with your Performance intake. As for the other question, I'm using the stock intake. It was just a bit cold outside that night. |

if you dont mind blowing some money, eisenmann sr mid pipes and meistershaft touring muffler is my setup, and it sounds phenomenal
definitely louder than performance exhaust and most of the common exhausts I have heard on e90's but its a really refined sound. I have yet to hear a muffler delete in person though so I can't compare to that

I bought mine magnaflow for $100 brand new. It was at my local muffler shop. The MSRP for the #12148 is $161.

The BMW PE and the MMW setup definitely sound great. For those on a budget here is what I did. Total of about $150 invested. Muffler delete, OEM resonator deleted and replaced with aftermarket resonator (very similar to Vibrant bottle style resonator)
