Forgestar F14 Offests for no rubbing? Help please

I have searched but am still a bit confused so sorry if i missed the thread that answers this specific question...

I am going to buy a set of 18" forgestar F14's in 18x8.5 18x10
From what I have seen the fronts should be ok with 245/30/18 on them correct?

My real question is can I run the 18x10 with the 285/35/ZR18 on this rim without modification? I have seen some threads of guys claiming they are running it on stock ride height no problem without rolling fenders, and other saying you will need to roll fenders to run even 265... Really hoping you guys can help me clear this up before I commit to anything.

So, will it work? If so what offsets do I need?

My car has stock suspension and is a 09' E92 M-sport any and all help here is much appreciated.

+40ish rears

you can 4x4 or even 6x9 with those specs and height.

Thanks much for the response!
Excuse my ignorance, but what do you mean 4x4 or 6x9?

Really happy to hear I can run that with no rubbing!!!
