If it's by the airport then it is kind of far. Fair Lakes on the other hand is a lot closer to i66 and i495 intersection.

Yes, from your hotel you can drive and to and park in Vienna/Fairfax-GMU Metro Station, then take the Orange line train to Metro Center. From here switch to Red line to Woodley Park-Zoo/Adams Morgan stop. The bar district in Adams Morgan is a few blocks away, we can walk to it.

We can meet up at Vienna and take the subway in together, but it's good to have this info just in case.

My offer still stands about parking in Dupont Circle if you guys want. I have access to my office garage which is right on the circle. Only 2 blocks away from "CAMELOT"

if you guys are still planning on going there. During the weekend there are no cars so we can even do a group photoshoot in the garage. (I personally like garage car photos)

Can't wait to finally meet up with some of the local folks I haven't had a chance to meet.

Those staying in VA that want to jump on metro from Fair Lakes or Dulles - Vienna metro off of 66 is the way to go. They have park and ride there as well, so you can drive there and leave the car. http://dcist.com/map/.

Are we sticking in VA or heading into the city?
