Too bad i'm not the one who is making it. I have no such skill. Bodyshop is doing the work.

The CSL project keeps going forward. It now has black sanding paint on it. To my understanding next step is painting it to bodycolor.

Thank you. I can't wait it to be ready.
Yeah the bodyshop does really good job and this will fit 100% sure. By the way the aero lip and those new winter wheels improved your car look a lot.

9,5" all around
Nice 3series you have there!
Im looking for new wheels to my e90 m-sport wagon. I like the bbs lemans look but id like to have the deeper lip all around. But im not sure if it will rubb! They come in 19x9,5 et15 / 25 / 35 / 45 / And 19x8,5 et 15 / 20 / 35 / 40 / 45 Did your setup with the arc rubb at all? No fenders rolled? "Front 18x9.5 et35 with 235/40/18 Hankook ventus v12 Rear 18x9.5 et22 with 235/40/18 Hankook ventus v12" /cheers |

Just so you know your car is E91, but is it pre-lci or lci?

Did they poke out outside the fender in front? When I bought my car it had the front tires in back and vice versa. So i was running with 265s in front and 225s in back :P And that didnt rubb. Im not sure of the wheel size and et tho, cant find it inside the wheel! Maybee i saw a 9 on the 265s and 8 on the 225s. They are bmw m-sport factory wheels it seems. Im not gonna lower the car for now, it sits on original m-sports so its factory lowered. I just want it to be safe without rubbing.. Maybee i should go for 8,5" in front to be safe? View post on imgur.com You wont have any kinda issues with 235/35/19 and 19x9.5 et35, if it clears your front shocks. Et33 will clear for sure, so with 3-5mm spacer it will work just fine. Since you have Lci your rear track is 8mm/side wider than pre-lci, which means that 19x9.5 et25 on lci would be the same as et17 on pre-lci and that needs fender roll depending on the tyre size etc. If you choose 19x9.5 et35 to rear that would be same as et27 on pre-lci (which for sure wont rub),basically 5mm less out than my wheels or this nice example of 19x9.5 et30 front and 19x9.5 et22 rear with 235/35/19 tyres. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=767510 In my opinion you will regret if you go 8.5 wide. Since the 9.5 is pretty simple to fit at front.

Ive done some research on the bbs lms im looking for and its hard do find correct et for the deeper lip without going really agressive. Some wheels change the deepness of the concave/lip with lower ET and some doesnt.. Weird! When u had ur setup with the arc 18x9,5 et30 (with spacer) and 18x9,5 et22 did it ever rubb? With full load or fast cornering? Inside or in fenders? U hadnt rolled then? The pair im looking at know is 19x9,5 et25 and 19x8,5 et20. 9,5 et25 seems very agressive in front and prob needs fender roll. But 8,5 et20 should sit 3mm less closer to the fender in front compared to your 9,5 et30 if im counting correctly. Im guessing 9,5 et20 would be clear in back without roll on my lci? Cheers! |

If you want use 19x9.5 et25 front i suggest going with 225/35/19 tyre. I have 18x9.5 et22 with 225/40/18 at front currently and on coilovers still no fender roll. Only -1 degree camber added. Only once i think it has rubbed, when i hit big bump and was going uphill to driveway. The 19x8.5 et20 with 225/35/19 would be direct fit to front. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=977183 I assume you mean 8.5 et20 rear? That would work without issue at rear with 225/35/19. If you meant 19x9.5 et20 to rear that's really aggressive to lci (same as et12 on pre-lci) and wont fit without fender roll. This might give you a good idea it's Lci with 18x8.5 et25, 235/40/18 18x9.5 et35, 265/35/18 http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...5#post13709835 If you want 9.5 all round, the et30 front and rear at LCI would be exactly the same setup as my Arc8 with the front spacer and with 235/35/19 all round it wont cause any issues.

@JDM_Joker Thank you.
I guess i could put some updated pictures from the front and rear. Little bit dirty car and not so good pictures. It now has: 3Ddesign replica carbon fiber front lip. Partially painted. Custom made CSL trunk M-sport rear with Lci style carbon fiber diffuser. No side pictures, because i'm waiting my new suspension.

The LCI is 8mm wider track u say? So its 8mm further out to the fender? Does it also mean it has 8mm more clearance inside? Btw, your car just looking better n better! Last edited by solle; 06-25-2014 at 01:54 PM.. Reason: edit |

Thank you. The 9.5 et25 is little bit aggressive to rear and wont work without modifications. Well you could run 9.5 et45 all round with 15mm spacers. Do you know if the offset change the lip size or is the back side just thicker whit lower offset. Or maybe look some different wheels. Yes the LCI rear track is 8mm/side wider, so total of 16mm. I don't know if the inside clearance is more, but that's something you don't need to worry unless you go really wide wheels. Notice one thing tho LCI is only different at rear. Front is the same. I know one Bbs lm replica wheel that offers 18x9.5 et30, but it would need to be re-drilled and would only be 18 inch. http://varrstoen.com/products/es-1/ Thank you.
