I think this one only fits the n54, sorry. At least, Helix's website has two different intercoolers, and I bought the N54 option.

Yes, it fits the e92. No mods are required. You can get couplers from siliconecouplers.com or I'm sure you can email/call Helix about them. The shop that took off the intercooler just messed up the silicone by cutting it.
