The service centre there is phenomenal. There's a handover lane, fully inside so you don't get wet, theres a massive waiting area and a guy cutting men's hair.

That's right, a barbers. I was amazed.

On a separate note, my seatbelt handover thing misses my belt now. They wanted it booked in due it possibly being an electrical fault? How is this possible?

That prob came across wrong, the seatbelt thing misses the belt now when it comes out so I was hoping it may have been a simple fix or alignment thing, but, when the SA asked the tech he said it may be an electrical contact issue therefore I would have to book it in as it would require stripping down. As opposed to someone coming to have a glance now.

It's all good.

I very nearly bought from them, had a better quote elsewhere in the end but the salesman I dealt with was great and the premises were very nice too. Bought my previous Z4 from them and that was a good experience too

Ah, I see. Somehow I imagined, 'No way, I'm not looking at that! The car could blow up.' Glad to know it's not the case.

Barber on site for 9 years I'm told

I've been using Sytner Leicester for the last 10 years ... before moving to the dark side

I've always found the sales and servicing to be excellent.
Never had a haircut there though
