Did you have the front splitter on before you added the rear wing?
Are you going to do a full rear-diffusor to help with airflow now that you have the big wing?

We're looking to add a wing to our e92 racecar. Right now, the thing is an animal in the straights, but the turns are where we loose major time due to the lack of downforce. That and the 3,300lb curb weight LOL!

You don't have to kiss my ass at all. As for the "ripping my trunk out," I don't think the guys at APR are idiots. They epoxied and reinforced the inner frame of the trunk so it can handle up to 200+mph of downforce. I will show that in my review of APR.

I understand it's not for everyone but it is functional and it is pretty darn aggressive looking.

I believe it's around 10lbs-15lbs including brackets, stands, and foil. Don't quote me but around that ballpark.

I would LOVE to take this to a windtunnel and see how many lbs of force is being applied at different speeds. We can do a group buy with phuonger, darren, and myself.

I mean there is the 61" version of the gtc300 and you can always get the 6" stands instead of the 13" stands. The 6" are for the e92 because the roof line is closer to the trunk line than an e90. It will still provide a lot of downforce but won't be as "bold" and I guess effective as mine. It is great cause mine is in all the NASA and SBCC BMW qualifications if I ever get into semi-competitive track days! Hope that helps.
