After getting rid of my E46 323i a few years ago and missing it like crazy, I finally decided to take the plunge and get another BMW. I made a deal for a 2011 328i xDrive, loaded, at $6500 below MSRP (I think this would normally be below dealer invoice cost, but BMW Canada has a $3600 cash back incentive, which I essentially split with the dealer, so they made around $1800 profit). I decided to lease this time around, because BMW is offering really low interest rates right now. I landed up with a much better deal than I expected - I guess that because 2011 is the last year for the current body style, they are trying to get rid of everything. Whatever the reason for the lower price, I am happy, and looking forward to driving a BMW again in a week or two.

nice...I think there might be one more year for this body style 2009, 2010, 2011...or maybe not actually -- 3 years is about right.

I believe it is the best time to buy any in stock vehicle before end of the year. Great incentive from BMW Canada.

Just picked up my winter tires today (Dunlop Winter Sport 3d's with 17" replica alloys - fantastic deal at Bramalea Tire). I will drop them off at the dealer so when my car arrives they can install them for me prior to delivery (I would hate to lose control of the car my very first time driving it!).

Now I just have to find a spacesaver spare tire and jack and wrench.
