Weekend car at last!
So after much deliberation over a long period of time I've finally pulled the trigger on a weekend car just this morning. I had a requirement for room enough to fit the family in so as I don't need to find time to use the car. I don't pick it up for a couple of weeks due to me bing at Silverstone for the F1 all next weekend and work commitments during the week.
Anyway, here it is: It's a 2005/55 CS SMG with, just turned on the test drive, 57k miles and is currently under full BMW warranty which I will be carrying on myself. It's got Nav, TV, bluetooth, Harmon Kardon............. I'm feeling a bit like this right now Can i do the Northern Meet in it? Please |

What colour is that? I've only ever seen the CS in silver grey so just assumed they were all that colour.
A very small part of me kicks myself for not buying one of these when i had the chance.

Crackin' car. FRG mate, what's the plans? A keeper or just a toy for a while?
I still really am in love with mine. |

It's a keeper mate. I just need to have the steering wheel refurbished as the alcantara has bobbled, think I'll use Royal as they come highly recommended on Cutters. That's about it apart from a few stone chips on the front. Plan is to keep it stock, clean and fully up to date on the service history. Might not loose too much on it then ! |
