19x9.5/10.5 (+20, +22) a bad idea?

I don't think A LOT of fender work needs to be done. My friend is running 19x10.5 et22 with some camber and a little bit of stretch. He also has a light roll for the fenders.

Is the camber a must or I can get away with only rolling the rear fenders ??
