DME Toast ?

So driving along Saturday and the dash lights up like an xmas tree.. Barley got the car home.. sounded like an old bus and stalled twice.. When it happened, I was just giving it a little gas, heard a slight pop.. didn't smell anything abnormal, nothing leaking.

Here are the codes..

30BB DME digital motor electronics, internal failure
2C3C Lambda probe in front of catalytic converter 2, not plugged
2D60 Fuel mass, monitoring
29D0 Misfirings, cylinder 4
29CC Misfirings, several cylinders
0000 Failure location not implemented
0000 Failure location not implemented
30FF Boost under target -- possible boost leak
2C78 Lambda probe behind catalytic converter 2, signal

I'm guessing the catalytic codes are from me putting it into map 0 on the JB4 and I have down pipes. From what I've read so far this could be the diode failure problem. My build date is 07/06 so I don't think that TSB applies but i'm well under 80k mi so the federal emissions warranty 'should' cover it but I'm weighing the costs/time of de-modding vs just trying to get the DME repaired. Has anyone used n54dme(dot com) to get theirs fixed? For $500 and 24hr turn around, and $ back if it doesn't fix the problem. Or does anyone with the skills, experience and tools want to give it a shot for a few hundred bucks? It also appears I can but used ones on ebay but would still need to have it coded. Will the car not run at all if its not re coded, meaning, would I still need to tow the car somewhere to get the coding?

Thanks for any feedback!
