How do you know everything looked good if you're a novice at this?

Post the printout!!! We should be able to tell you if anything is obvious by looking at the alignment numbers.

Im looking at it and everything seems to be in spec. The only thing that somewhat looks off is the Track Differential Angle, but that has more to do with turning the wheel and measuring the distance between the wheels, not strait line tracking.

I hate to say it, but either get a set of camber plates to try or go to a different shop.

Thank you. BMW recommended the camber kit too. That was my original question. What do I need to get? The H and R website has these bolt looking things for camber adjustment. Will those work?

If it's pulling to the right, it's not camber plates you need.

My money's on the alignment having been done with the steering wheel not centred properly.

When the garage do the alignment, they put the car on ramps, and lock the steering wheel while they adjust the road wheels.

If they don't lock the steering wheel exactly central, straight ahead for the road wheels will correspond to slightly off-centre for the steering wheel.
