+1 to what sparky said. The runflats are also a big factor in the ride quality. I have hit pot holes that feel jaw shattering, but with regular tires and even bigger wheels it feels so much better going over pot holes.

Sparkyg, I hope so. I really want something better, but am hesitant to throw down $1800 for a suspension setup that is a little too much for what I'll be doing.

I just got a set of Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus put on the car in a staggered setup this afternoon.

Car is immediately faster, no question. A little more road noise too, expected I guess given the tread change.

Bumps are smoother, less impact edge to the bumps. Feels more muffled down so not as much buzziness on the road.

The change was immed noticeable

Lets hope by next spring we have more options, I am a Dinan guy so I'll go balls out with them.

which is frustrating since I came from an E46 XI. The ride was great in that car and the handling wasn't as bad as the E92. I was expecting the same ride comfort/handling but, of course, I was wrong.

I pray for more coilover options or at least aftermarket XI shocks so we can mate them with springs.

Yah, I am not a fan of the H&R Sports for the Xi's...

The front wheel gap is still huge compare to the rear... we need more aggressive setup springs!!!

But as for coilovers PM me is you guys want H&R coils or KW!!!

Guys, perhaps there will be more options when spring comes, if not bite the bullet and purchase / install KWV3's. Sure they're pricey, but once on you'll not be disappointed

I wouldn't mind putting some Dinan on my car as long as they weren't more then the KW's. If they were then it would be a no brainer to put on the KWv3's.

I'm also kinda a Dinan guy, and I can guarantee you that if Steve Dinan ever did offer a suspension for the 335Xi it would cost you more than what the KWV3 does. Think about it for a minute .... Dinan simply chooses one of the major players who manufacture the parts, then they add at least 50% markup (on hardware).

Another reason why we need other options.

The existing setup they have for the 335i is cheaper than the KWV3 option.

I don't thing the xi version would differ in price.

I am talking struts/shocks and spring mind you.
