i finally got email answer from Omoneyy.

I am by no means a scammer, I posted them as turbos, this is what I received when upgrading my setup. I made no mention of manifolds or waste gates, or turbo "assemblys" hence the cheap posted price. Those "cores" are still worth way more than what you paid. I don't feel comfortable taking them back as you could have tampered with them prior to sending them back. Feel free to sell them on your own, you will probably turn a profit.

Your insane if you think you can get what's included in that pic in great working order for 250 dollars after shipping. That's thousands of dollars worth of parts at the dealer.

(Me) so you received them from shop who upgraded your turbos. well there is the issue you dont know what you are selling.
i can buy same items on ebay brand new for 100 each. but i dont need cores i need turbos and you didnt sale me turbos you sold me parts.
I contacted you the first day i received the package i opened box looked and taped back up. i dont lie and i dont want to scam any body i just what whole turbos not parts. one more thing when you say turbos you are referring for complete assembly NOT parts.
I can keep these and sale them for $100 on ebay or i can return it to yo for full refund. if you want me to sale these cores than i need refund for $200.
Let me know what you want to do, i dont play games im real.

Send them back, I'll refund you fully only after I inspect them. You know my address and phone numbers, I'm not going to scam you. This isn't even worth arguing about. If you're not Ok with that then you can keep them.
