Will the new bootlid fit the pre 2009 e90, thus giving it the facelifted look from behind?

hmm weird, my car is a 2005 plate (UK - 05) maybe in america it was 06, so if i change the bootlid and lights it will 'facelift' the rear of my car in theory?
can i just confirm this is an (e90) this is my exact 2005 320d. |

yes, that is an e90. along with the lid and taillights, you'll need to get the taillights coded.

Ive just bought an 55 plate e90 330i which has on the log book, 2005, we must have got them earlier over here in the uk.
Let me know how you get on with the lci conversion, i know people have done it, but ive not been able to find exact requirements. A lot of people seem to suggest the seibon carbon boot lids, but they are 500-600 quid, not bothered about having a carbon bootlid, so i too started wondering about the bootlid of an actual lci. Loads on ebay at not bad prices. Ive already got the lci rear bumper (not fitted) and as thats going to need spraying i was thinking maybe get it all sprayed in one hit, my paint man always tells me thats the cheapest way!! |

Anyways, since the rear lights are LED's you would have to get the bulb checks coded away so it can be error free. You guys in the UK have tons of cheap OEM parts. I would be all over this if I was you. |
