The two overhead console pieces actually cost a bit to much, espically the front one. I went and priced it last week and the front one was about 200 euro, a bit much but i am sure its because of the switch buttons and other stuff thats in the front console. I didnt price the rear one. I just decided that i would paint them. So i went and bought black interior paint thats for plastic and painted them. They rear panel comes apart so you dont have to mask anything, the front console i had to mask the clear part and buttons. The paint i used was a light semi gloss black so it wasnt to shinny or to flat.

As for the handle part numbers they are correct for an E90 even searched on realoem.com http://www.realoem.com/bmw/partxref....3523&showus=on and the third brake light panel cover is the second one i have listed on my first post.

thanks, do you have the part numbers for those panels? i looked on real oem and they have them marked as parts but they dont have the number in the list of parts. any help would be great.

Yeah i used a VAT form=no tax. Go to the VAT office on post, $4.00 will save you hundreds.

ghost I just went down to Frankfurt where I get most of the work done to my car. It's been 15 months and now they have closed shop.
I was hoping to get the installation done there.

could you pm me the dealership you are using? I'm shipping my car to the states soon and want to get this done for BIMMER fest.

Sorry dont really have any before pictures but i took some after pics. Dealer here told me about 390Euro to install thats with VAT form, I'll pm you the dealer info, but if your coming all this way to order the parts if you want to get together i can do the install for you. It only took me about 4hours from start to finish. The headliner itself is the biggest piece so you'd need an SUV to move it or have it in the car and on you head to transport it.

A few after pics, since the install i had the windows tinted, today infact. And painted the headline center light consoles to match.

Hey i know its off topic, but have you checked out Pro-Clip for your GPS Mount.... I got one for my Navigon 2100maxx and its sits right on the dash by the left center vent... its out of the way and then you dont get those gps mount marks on your windshield.

Ghost did you ever get around to a DIY for this? Specifically the headliner. I know you have stated the moon roof was the hardest part as it requires two people.

yea any DIY? I am done taking off the small stuff now all that is left is the front consol, B & C pillers (need help on those too), and the headliner.

I think you can get the headliner out with 1 person if you are ultra carefull. I will try that if I can ever get the B pillar trim off.
