As I understand late 09 charge pipe design is different, who has one and isn't the elbow is a part of the charge pipe and you can't disconnect it like on the older models ? so which after market charge pipe fits I don't get it ?

Cars from 2006- April of 2009 use the same charge pipe, anything after April of 2009 uses a different one. Evolution racewerks carries both charge pipes. All you have to do is go look on the website of where you want to buy the charge pipe and it will give you all of this information.

so does it actually replaces the elbow since elbow and charge pipe is one piece now ?

Im not sure, all that matters is that it fits. But obviously it would replace both if they are all one piece....
