Small CF side view mirrors (interest?)

I don't like the huge side mirrors our cars have (I especially dislike the '09 mirrors - remind me of Mickey ears). I knew that Sector 111 (Lotus Elise tuners) had some very nice CF mirrors for the Elise/Exige and found out that APR made them for them. I went to their website and found that they do have mirror for other makes, but no base for the BMWs yet. If we would show some interest maybe they would make the base.

P.s. I most probably should post this in the Racing forum as this would pertain more for racing and weight savings.

THESE ARE NOT FOR BLING FACTOR AT ALL

From a looks perspective, that is just about as horrible as it gets - if it really made a difference in terms of drag and you race a lot, then I could see it, but it looks less effecient than stock - big thumbs down in my book, but might have a place in some peoples lives!

I like them, but not as much as the new craftsquare design. To replace mirrors on a car like this they have to be perfect, and IMO the new craftsquares are the only ones that fit the part.

Is this what you're talking about?
www.craftsquare.co.jp

I'm not seeing that much of a difference other than Craft Square gets $500 - $800 for their mirrors.

dont think it will look good... i mean if would save you a little weight but you can save weight in others areas while still looking better.

No, they belong on an EVO FQ400.
