HID Temperature Help

So, in a perfect world, what kit should i go with? Id prefer not to pay for LUX as it seems it wont be that bright in comparison, and is a lot more than the HID kits.

Is Alpine my only option outside of the homemade options, without having to code?

And where should i order a cable to code if i bought an HPB kit (or similar)? Where i live, i highly doubt i have a coder near-by lol
