Hood, grill, headlights, bumper, trunk, taillights, back bumper, side skirts, mirrors. And minor interior is probably it. For that amount it costs, go trade in.

For the front only it would be lights, hood, bumper... done.

+1

I have heard doing the front end conversion without the hood, but I wouldn't try.

I did a front end conversion without the hood. You need to trim the top of the lci kidney grills. That's it. Everything else bolts up fine.

Nope. You can get the sport package undertray if you want all the bolts to line up, but mine is pretty secure with 2 screws on either side with my existing non-sport pre-lci undertray.

So you just changed the bumper and kidney grills? I've thought about doing this, but have heard there is a lot of work to make the headlights work error free.

I plan to do the same, but not the headlights. I am bolting on MSport bumper with hood. Of course, that includes grille, fogs, etc. Check out this thread. He did the same thing and lists the components within the thread that he purchased to make it happen:

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=504040

It made COTM (car of the month) three times, I believe.

only way to do that without custom parts is to do an M3 front conversion.
