how much e85 are you running. it's probably a winter blend. I'd give it up. e85 takes patience and it seems you're all jacked up on mountain dew or something. they will spin your arm and fly you to the moon, just relax. ethanol is not your forte try some 100 unleaded or ms109 e85 is my friend but it's ruining your life, just step away from the corn juice until someone can physically walk you thru the logistics of it.

That doesn't look very good. Are you sure you selected G4 N54 settings on the last tab of the interface? Email that log to Terry@burgertuning.com and he will help you.

The log looks fine considering 150 degree intake temperatures up top. If you want more performance up the E85 mixture. I'd also suggest switching over to the G5 ISO board. Better boost control and a better E85 learning algorithm in place.

Terry said go to 50% blend but nothing else and also I should upgrade to g5 board but aren't people using g4 board with e85 and still successful.

1. Trimmed out which means open loop settings will need to be adjusted 2. Your car overheated or obscure fan issue? I suspect the later based on the light going away after 2 min and the fan code. Also you have very high IATs from what I had seen. What transmission do you have and do you have the stock oil cooler? |

your AFR on your logs is lean, your running roughly 13.7 AFR. You need to up your Open Loop Fueling from 90 to 100, you're also maxing out fuel trims, adjusting it to 100 should assist. It also doesn't help that you are getting low pressure fuel sensor code, to bad you can't log your LPFP on the G4 board. Your HPFP looks "OK"
Also, your PWM and FFMAX lines follow similar curves, but the FFMAX line is still way below the PWM line, which means you still have a lot to go in regards to auto-tuning. The logs will get better after you do some more WOT runs. Im avoiding bollingers at all cost, I'm convinced now they are selling crap of E85.

I think terry is referring to the all map afr values. I don't think you are too lean tbh. Your trims look "OK" but they are on the edge. You should have enough octane in there now to get better timing than you are. Learning happens at WOT in gears 3 and 4 above 4000 rpm or so. Try a few more pulls there. Keep messing with it, but G5 would benefit you if you keep this up. I am surprised you aren't maxing PWM out. Could be your high IATs.
