im not surprised this happen to you. when i was shopping around for the e90, i went back to rallye since i had bought by X3 hoping to find my sales guy, but he wasnt there so i had a white guy tell me u should keep the x3 u wont be happy what will offer u which was 12gs for x3 with 48k, 04

so i sold the truck privately, went back to rallye dunno why but i got treated like shit. the sales guy told me and my parents you guys cant afford this car, blah, blah talking loud and laugh.. my dad was you suck as sales man u just lost a business...So i went to hassle, same day i drove out of the dealership with a new car!

That sucks dude. Wasn't there some thread about Rallye BMW earlier this year and how the service there was terrible? I'd go somewhere else, and definitely contact BMWNA. so I had a similar situation which wasnt as utterly disgusting as your but..when I was about amonth away from returning my 06' lease a salesperson from Open Road starts calling me non stop and was really pushy and rude to me b/c I was a female and he was simply interested in getting me to lease another car so he could get commision. When I returned my car and told the front desk that I refused to work with him and explained y. I got a really great salesman who really busted his ass for three days to get me the best deal possible which he really didn't need to do for me. Well the guy who I was originally supposed to work with saw me working with someone other than him and he did not like that- He demanded that he get at least 1/2 of the commision from my sale and he said ths to my face. I was furious. I asked to speak to the manager and explained that this guy just straight up demanded commision from my sale. I explained that he was very rude to me over the phone, he cut me off when I was speaking, put me on hold for ten mins never came back on the phone, never returned my calls and did absolutly nothing for me in terms of a new car. I told the manager that if he was going to get commision I would be taking my business elsewhere. The manager took this very seriously as they do not like complaints and do not want you to go to BMWNA. He promised that the guy would not get any monsy from the commision and he would be reprimanded. He even said BMW would pay for my first payment. So as I said I know my situation was not as serious as your but my suggestion to you is to go back to the dealership and ask to speak with the manager, get the salespersons name and explain the situation to the manager. Let him know you purchased a car from another dealership. Also tell him that u will be submitting a complaint with BMWNA. Follow through with that complaint to BMWNA. Oh and keep your cool. If you go back there you want to make sure that you handle this as straight as possible. I know you and I and everyone else on here would love to smack the shit out of this despicable douchebag but showing you have more class only makes him look worse. I am sure this will be handled and they will take great concern of what happened. You know BMW is a reputable company who USUALLY provide you with great customer service and care and if they have a scumbag who wrongs you, they will go out of their way to make it right. Good Luck!

yeah, i bought an X5 from hassel back in 2004. great people. but our particular SA was a bit of a dumb ass, but everyone else there is really helpful. lol, we had like 2 SA's. the guy we bought the car from, was the dumbass, so we always dealt with another SA who was great.

You need to make an official complaint to BMWNA and also make one with the Federal EEOC for a possible act of discrimination for not assisting you in the purchase of a car because of your color of skin .

Who knows who else he's done this to and most likely the dealership is fully aware of his actions .

Maybe our e90 members can do a MAJOR demonstration/rally at that dealership against that salesperson for their discriminatory actions towards minority buyers and demand that he be fired.

We need to let that dealership know that we are strong as a group and that we will stick together when one of our members is blatantly disrespected .
This should attract local news, BMW ,etc and put them on notice for the world to know. Having this demonstration would also promote our e90 site to the world .

* If we can get enough of our e90 members to have a formal demonstration at that dealership, let me know .
