its in chatham square, but i'll disagree with it being excellent... it seems to cater to non-asian tourists... i didnt like it, it was ok though, nothing spectacular.

you'll get better dimsum at the other places listed.

It's right across the street from the 5th Precinct and you take the escalators up!

go to Ping's on Mott Street. It's close to the park where annoying kids and adults play.

I think that's the best one with most choices.

Peng's is good for dinner, but not Dim Sum.

awesome fresh, live, sweet shrimp in the tank there! I never had dim sum there, but dinner is good.

There is another great place that does great soup dumplings.. damn, I can't remember the name, but I could find it if I was walking around C-town

Joe's Shanghai in Manhattan is FTMFL!!! Horrible food, can't believe that place was rated well.

Not sure of the name, but all I know is that you need to take an escalator to get to the restaurant. lol!
