465 over invoice is a good deal. This would be dealer profit I guess, with MACO and Training already rolled into invoice pricing.

That's a pretty good money factor. Lower than base? Now I don't know if the rates fell down further in September.

Also, if you are getting Auto tranny, the credit may still apply.

I don't know, these numbers seem off. Where did you get the invoice price? The MSRP for an ED pickup on a 335i is 39,665. You take about 7% off that and you have ~$36,490 for base invoice. You then add up your options which are 10,295 (at invoice). And this gives you an invoice price of 46,785. The 49,535 is for a US pickup invoice, you are doing ED correct? I'm assuming based on the MF and the (ED). So it looks like you put 1 security deposit to lower the rate, correct?
